Syllabus Rules and Pre-requisites
This module provides an opportunity for independent investigation of an approved project in Accounting and Finance. It enables you to explore a topic of particular interest in greater depth, integrating the knowledge acquired during this module with the material learnt on previous modules. The work undertaken must include a quantitative component but will also require analytical and discursive skills.

- Students successfully completeing this module will have confirme or acquired the ability to organise and undertake independent study. they will have had to undertake a literature review, display quantitative skills and the ability to analyse data, to integrate knowledge and skills acquired on previously taken modules, and to assess and describe the significance of their work. they will have had the opportuntity, and will be encouraged to reflect upon a topic of interest to them and thus should acquire a more rounded appreciation of a number of aspects of Accounting and Finance.
