General Information

Vacation grants are available to Pendle students (individuals or groups) who are planning to travel abroad. Grants may be awarded to those undertaking a project that will broaden the mind and provide the opportunity to experience something worthwhile and different, and preference will be given to projects which will benefit others. Grants are not usually awarded for travel undertaken as part of a degree scheme. A condition of the grant is that you provide a report about your trip.

Application Procedure

To apply for your vacation grant, please collect a form from Jill Harpley, College Administrator in the College Office. This should be completed and returned to Jill with a letter of application addressed to Dr Nigel Watson, Assistant Senior Advisor, Pendle College before the end of WEEK 9.

Decisions will be made by week 10 and applicants notified before the end of term.
